Morrishane Collins

Head - Global Sales

Morrishane leads Godrej North America’s direct and indirect sales efforts and business development. She is responsible for driving strategic planning, running global sales operations, and shaping growth initiatives in developed and emerging markets.

Morrishane comes with more than 15 years of experience in leadership positions, and has also been recognised for her achievements in sales in the consumer-packaged goods industry. She specializes in forming strategic alliances and programmes that add value to the customer relationship.

Morrishane has a BS in Business Administration from the University of Alabama, with a specialization in marketing.

Georges comes with over 15 years of experience across various finance leadership roles in the consumer goods industry. He started his career as a Finance leadership trainee with Diageo in Cameroon, and went on to work in more than 20 countries with prominent stays in Nigeria and the United Kingdom.

At Diageo, he was CFO for West and Central Africa, where he established the Finance function for a cluster of 22 countries; Global Audit and Risk Director, where he led internal audit from Diageo’s headquarters in London; and Manufacturing Finance Director in Nigeria, where he delivered cost savings initiatives and established manufacturing finance processes recognized as the best in Africa.

Georges had a stint in British American Tobacco where he was Marketing Finance Manager and Management Accounting Manager for the Central Africa area.

Georges has two MS degrees, one in Economics and the other in Finance. He has completed a Certificate in Corporate Finance from Columbia Business School and is a Certified Management Accountant (CMA). He is passionate about the sea, loves music, and enjoys cooking spicy food occasionally.

Liana partners with the management to establish and continuously improve work culture and employee experience.

As a business leader and HR professional with over 10 years’ experience, she derives her energy and passion from helping set teams up for success. She believes in working with employees’ strengths and developing employees’ weaknesses to improve the overall organization.

Liana enjoys collaborating with business partners to create and implement people focused strategies throughout the organization. Prior to joining the Godrej team, she managed HR functions in the healthcare and hospitality sectors.

Bhaskar Lakhotia

Head - Supply Chain & Logistics

Bhaskar is an end-to-end supply chain professional with over 13 years of experience across manufacturing, operations planning, project management, category demand and supply planning, customer service and logistics, exports management and a balanced mix of general management skills.

He has a wide exposure to leading global practices in supply chain management, licensing and compliance for Pharma products and Food & Confectionery manufacturing.
